Appalachian Elite Teams "Hit the Ice"

The U16 “AAA” Appalachian Elite Team and the U14 “AA” Appalachian Elite Team hit the ice in May 2017.   The off season was short for the Appalachian Elite Hockey Players, as they were back on the ice for practices in May.  The two teams are busy preparing for the upcoming season.

The Appalachian Elite Hockey League partnered with Scott Patterson, who is the conditioning coach for the Appalachian Elite players.  Coach Scott prepared daily dry land exercises for the players to keep them in top condition.  The exercise program consists of 5 days a week workouts.  Coach Scott will also be on hand once a week to work on player’s conditioning beginning in June.

This shows the dedication and hard work that it takes to become an Appalachian Elite Hockey Player.

Good luck to all the Appalachian Elite players as they prepare for the 2017-2018 Hockey Season!
